Vicki Brown joined DTAT Anesthesia Billing at its start in June 2023 and serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle. Vicki is an accomplished healthcare executive with a proven track record in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings extensive expertise in optimizing revenue cycle operations, enhancing financial performance, and driving organizational growth. Throughout her career, Vicki has held key leadership positions in revenue cycle management within prominent healthcare organizations, such as Duke University Medical Center, Somnia, FOAA, and NAPA. She has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. Vick is actively engaged in industry associations and thought leadership initiatives focused on advancing revenue cycle best practices and standards. Vicki’s leadership and expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management have earned her recognition and respect within the industry. Stephen Vielbig
Vice President of Information Systems
Stephen Vielbig joined the DTAT Leadership Team in September 2023 as Vice President of Information Systems to oversee and transform the way DTAT uses Information Systems and Technology to improve workflow efficiency and streamline business operations. After working for years with leading technology companies such as Calibre Systems, UUNET/MCI WorldCom, Qwest Communications, and technology startups such as CAIS Internet, Broadband Office, and Velocita Corp, he successfully launched and grew his own IT consulting firm. After selling his business, he held various leadership roles within the IT healthcare industry, including Fair Oaks Anesthesia Associates and Pediatric Specialists of Virginia. Stephen’s vast experience utilizing leading edge technologies and best practices learned from over 24 years of experience, along with his strong leadership and business acumen will ensure that DTAT’s IT goals are continually evaluated and re-aligned to best support the strategic business growth plans of the entire DTAT organization. Stephen is a proud graduate of George Mason University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Elsie Fisher
Senior Director of Revenue Cycle
Elsie joined DTAT Anesthesia Billing at its start in June 2023 and serves as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle. With a career spanning over three decades in the healthcare industry, specializing in medical billing and revenue cycle management, Elsie has a strong background in both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. Throughout her career, Elsie has held progressively responsible roles in revenue cycle management, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. This includes important leadership roles at large healthcare companies such as Fair Oaks Anesthesia Associates and North American Partners in Anesthesia. Elsie is known for her ability to lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments to achieve organizational goals. She is highly skilled in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to streamline revenue cycle operations, enhance data analytics capabilities, and drive sustainable financial outcomes. As the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, Elsie is poised to make a significant impact in driving the success of the Revenue Cycle function of the DTAT organization.
